More Enhancements to Mango

Customer feedback has meant that more enhancements have been added to Mango:

  • Suppliers can be part of your system just like an employee, including reporting and investigating Accident/Incidents and Improvements.
  • Supplier module has a new tab called Evaluation for recording additional information like insurances and/or certificates.
  • Set a "To be Completed by Date" for Accident/Incidents or Improvements.
  • Notify Others (CC's) when raising an Accident/Incident or Improvements.
  • Remove investigator/s from investigations at any time.

Isn't it great when you see your suggestion added to an application you use.  Imagine if Microsoft did that!  SaaS is a brilliant tool.

Compliance and the dentist - feeling the pain?

For most people managing compliance is about as fun as a trip to the dentist, and in many ways people go about managing compliance the same way they care for their teeth.

Many of us will have heard the term "ambulance at the bottom of a cliff", and unfortunately it's how we tend to approach certain aspects of our lives. We focus on the things that need doing now and forget about taking care of the little things that could become BIG things later on.

Mango doesn't care for the recession

As a quality professional I’ve recognised that in times of recession the first thing companies overlook or let slip is their compliance programs.  This is human nature as many companies view these activities as a cost.

Bad work habits creep in, normal checks are overlooked, safety is compromised and companies start re-inventing processes on the fly as they try to secure work or push out product or services.

What normally happens is accidents start to occur, waste goes up, customer satisfaction falls and the bottom line is affected.

This is where products like Mango come to the fore.  These products enable companies to maintain their systems whilst removing costly duplication and bureaucracy and most importantly the customer is kept happy.

Mango and products like Mango are recession proof.
